The household registration for demolition can be divided into the following conditions:
 1. Residents with legal fixed residence
 A house is required at the place of moving in, that is, the original house property certificate or land use certificate, which can prove the legal residence.
 2. Relatively stable occupation or source of livelihood
 In case of job transfer, recruitment, and employment: letter of introduction for job transfer or notice for employment (or letter of introduction for registration); Registration Form for Transferred Personnel or Approval Form for Recruited (Employed) Personnel; Copy of ID card or household register of the employee; Relevant certificates for handling social insurance for employees of the enterprise.
 3. Introduce talents
 Relevant certificates issued by the organization, personnel and labor departments; The household registration certificate and the certificate or notarial certificate of the relationship between the household members of the person who plans to move the household registration; Copy of ID card or household register of the person to be relocated.
 4. Relatives seek refuge
 If a newborn baby enters the household, the husband and wife will join the household, parents and children will join the household, and close relatives will join the household
 5. College graduates
 If the employment unit has the personnel right, the student whose registered permanent residence is in the school can transfer the registered permanent residence to the collective registered permanent residence of the unit, and go through the entry formalities by virtue of the Registration Card, the Household Transfer Certificate and the unit receipt certificate; If the unit does not have personnel rights, then it can move its hukou to the talent market in the working city, just like working in Guangzhou and moving its hukou to the southern talent file hukou attachment center;
 Or students can request to transfer their hukou back to their original residence and go through the formalities of restoring their hukou with their graduation certificates and hukou transfer certificates; Or apply for temporary suspension of employment, you can keep the household registration file in the school for two years.
 Legal basis
 Article 10 of the Household Registration Regulations of the People's Republic of China, if a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction area of his/her household registration, he/she or the head of the household shall, before moving out, report to the household registration authority for the registration of moving out, obtain the removal certificate, and cancel his/her household registration.
 If a citizen moves from the countryside to the city, he or she must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for going through the formalities of moving out with the employment certificate issued by the urban labor department, the admission certificate issued by the school, or the certificate issued by the urban household registration authority for permission to move in.
 Citizens moving to border defense areas must be approved by the public security organ of the county, city or municipal district where they reside.
