The house is built on the land. When the house is traded, it is traded together with the land use right, so when the rural house is traded, it is traded together with the homestead, including the land use right.
 According to relevant laws and regulations, if applying for the registration of change, transfer and cancellation of the use right of collective construction land and the ownership of buildings and structures, the applicant shall submit the following materials according to different circumstances:
 （1） Real estate ownership certificate;
 （2） Materials for the change, transfer and extinction of the use right of collective construction land and the ownership of buildings and structures;
 （3） Other necessary materials.
 Article 46 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Regulations on Real Estate Registration
 In applying for the registration of change, transfer and cancellation of the use right of collective construction land and the ownership of buildings and structures, the applicant shall submit the following materials according to different circumstances:
 （1） Real estate ownership certificate;
 （2） Materials for the change, transfer and extinction of the use right of collective construction land and the ownership of buildings and structures;
 （3） Other necessary materials.
