The right of authorship in copyright is the right of personality. The right of personality refers to various personal rights that are inherent in civil subjects and are directly endowed by law to civil subjects. Therefore, the right of authorship is generally treated as the right of personality in China's copyright.
Article 22 of the Copyright Law does not limit the term of protection of the author's right of authorship, right of amendment and right of integrity.
