Proof of Rights:
 a. The complainant is the intellectual property owner. Please provide the patent certificate, trademark registration certificate, copyright certificate, etc
 b. The complainant is not the intellectual property owner himself, please provide the patent certificate, trademark registration certificate, copyright certificate, and the supporting documents that the intellectual property owner authorizes the complainant to make a complaint (must have the signature and seal of the intellectual property owner). Since China only implements the formal examination system for utility model and design patents, there is greater uncertainty about the stability of their rights. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property rights holders and ensure the normal business order of the platform, the Patent Right Evaluation Report issued by the State Intellectual Property Office shall be provided at the same time when a complaint is filed against the utility model or design patent applied for since January 1, 2010.
