The way of accident compensation is as follows:

 2. The primary and secondary liabilities are similar to the same liabilities, but they cannot be compensated separately or mutually (unless the insurance company can reach an agreement). The compensation shall be made according to the proportion of liabilities, and two invoices shall be issued according to the proportion.
 3. Full responsibility. In this case, only the full responsible party needs to report the insurance. All damages of the third party liability insurance should be settled by the full responsible party. The third party liability insurance is undamaged, just provide a copy of compulsory traffic insurance.
 4. Unilateral accidents can be reported directly to the insurance company without reporting to the traffic police.
