 2. The perpetrator married or cohabited with the spouse of an active serviceman.
 The subject of the crime of destroying military marriage is the general subject. The object of the crime is the marriage of active servicemen, so the marriage or cohabitation of non active servicemen and the spouse of active servicemen can constitute the subject of this crime, and the marriage or cohabitation of active servicemen and the spouse of active servicemen can also constitute the subject of this crime.
 Two active servicemen who have bigamy or cohabitation, and their spouses are not active servicemen, do not constitute the subject of this crime.
 It can be seen from the above that if a soldier cohabits with a third person for a long time, it will constitute a crime of sabotaging military marriage.
