After going through the divorce procedures in the civil affairs department, applying for, accepting, reviewing, registering and issuing certificates, and going through the registration procedures, the relevant registration procedures will be filed, and the divorce certificates and divorce agreements of both parties will be issued, officially announcing the dissolution of the husband and wife relationship.
Legal basis:
Article 1076 of the Civil Code [Divorce by agreement] If the couple divorce voluntarily, they shall sign a written divorce agreement and apply for divorce registration in person at the marriage registration office.
The divorce agreement shall specify the intention of both parties to divorce voluntarily and the consensus on matters such as child rearing, property and debt handling.
