As for the case that the wife cheated and the husband claimed economic compensation, the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that the economic compensation distribution of both parties to divorce is first divided according to the common property owned by both parties during the husband and wife's name. If either party is wrong, the non fault party has the right to claim more points and compensation. Property belongs to common property in the case of husband and wife relationship;
Unless pre marital property registration has been done before marriage and personal property has been owned by individuals after marriage, personal debt is not used for personal debt repayment between husband and wife.
