 2. Select Enterprise Information Filling;
 3. Select the address of the business license to be reported annually;
 4. Enter the location page, log in for the first time and select "Registration of Industrial and Commercial Liaison";
 5. Fill in the registration number of the enterprise license, the name of the legal representative, and the ID card number of the legal representative to be reported;
 6. Click "Validate enterprise information" after input;
 7. After the pop-up interface prompts that the verification is successful, fill in your name, ID card number and mobile phone number respectively;
 8. Select "Get Verification Code";
 9. Check the SMS and input the received verification code to complete the registration;
 10. After successful registration, return to the landing page, fill in the registration number of the business license, your ID card number, and your mobile phone number, and select "Get verification code" again;
 11. Fill in the received verification code and select "Login";
 12. Select "Fill in Annual Report" after login;
 13. Select the year to be reported;
 14. Fill in the report according to the business status of the enterprise, and select "Save and Next";
 Save to the last page, check whether the information is correct, and modify the wrong option and select "Save and Publish";
 Click OK in the pop-up dialog box;
 After confirmation, this annual report has been basically publicized.
 Legal basis: Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Registration of Enterprises as Legal Persons
 Article 33 The registration authority shall examine the documents, certificates, application for registration, registration certificate and other relevant documents submitted by the applicant, and issue the following certificates after approval:
 （1） The Business License for Enterprise Legal Person shall be issued to enterprises that meet the requirements of enterprise legal person; （2） Business License shall be issued to enterprises and business units that do not meet the requirements of enterprise legal person but meet the requirements of operation.
 The registration authority shall assign registration numbers respectively, indicate them on the certificates issued, and record them in the registration files.
