1. The limitation of action for concealing, transferring, selling, damaging the joint property of the husband and wife, or forging debts leading to the request for re division of the joint property of the husband and wife is two years. At the time of divorce, if one party conceals, transfers, sells or destroys the joint property of the husband and wife, or forges debts to occupy the property of the other party, after divorce, the other party has the right to request another division of the joint property of the husband and wife. The limitation of action for requesting another division of the husband and wife's common property is two years, counting from the day after the party discovers it.
2. The limitation of action for missing the division of the joint property of the husband and wife and requesting another division of the joint property of the husband and wife is two years. If the joint property of the husband and wife is omitted to be divided at the time of divorce, the limitation of action for requesting another division of the joint property of the husband and wife is two years, counting from the day after the discovery or ought to be discovered of the omitted property.
3. If a request is made to change or revoke the property division agreement, a lawsuit shall be filed within one year after the divorce agreement is reached between the man and the woman.
