    Compulsory consumption treatment of the school:

    3. Tourists can complain by themselves or entrust agents.
    4. Written complaints. When a complainant submits a travel complaint request, he or she should generally submit a written complaint to the travel complaint handling agency. The complaint shall be made in duplicate and shall contain the following items:
    (1) The name, gender, nationality, mailing address, postal code, contact number and date of complaint of the complainant.
    (2) Name and location of the respondent.

    (1) If the complaint is relatively simple, the complainant may also make an oral complaint, which shall be recorded or registered by the reason complaint handling agency and notified to the respondent.

    6. Entrusted agent complaints. The procedure is as follows: The complainant can also entrust an agent to make a complaint, but should submit a letter of authorization to the tourism complaint handling agency, and specify the authorization authority.
    7. Joint complaints. The procedure is as follows:
    (1) Joint complaint refers to a travel complaint made by more than 4 complainants against the same respondent for the same reason.
    (2) In case of joint complaint, the complainant can select 1~3 representatives to make a complaint.
    (3) The representative's participation in the complaint handling process of the tourism complaint handling agency shall be effective for all complainants.
    (4) The change, waiver or reconciliation of the joint complaint representatives shall be approved by all the complainants.
