Divorce is allowed as long as the relationship between the two parties is completely broken. Divorce can be negotiated or litigated. To judge whether the relationship between husband and wife has really broken, a comprehensive analysis should be made from such aspects as the basis of marriage, the feelings after marriage, the reasons for divorce, the status quo of the relationship between husband and wife, and whether there is a possibility of reconciliation.
 Legal basis: Article 1076 of the Civil Code, if the husband and wife divorce voluntarily, they shall sign a written divorce agreement and apply for divorce registration in person at the marriage registration authority.
