Arrears litigation does not require a lawyer. The parties may bring a lawsuit on their own or entrust lawyers to bring a lawsuit, which shall be decided by the parties themselves. Advantages of entrusted lawyers: 1. Lawyers are professional in law and familiar with litigation procedures, evidence rules and laws and regulations. 2. Lawyers can hold the letter of introduction from the law firm and the power of attorney of the client to visit relevant units and individuals, investigate and collect evidence related to the case. 3. Lawyers can help clients make the most appropriate decisions and provide constructive opinions. However, entrusted lawyers usually need to pay corresponding attorney fees, which may have a greater burden on the parties with poor economic conditions.
