    The following conditions need to be met for marital inheritance:
    1. The existence of legal husband and wife relationship;
    2. At the time of death of one party, it is still a husband and wife relationship.
    The spouse belongs to the first order successor. After the beginning of inheritance, he/she should first divide his/her own part of the joint property of the husband and wife, and then the remaining part belonging to the decedent should be inherited by each successor as the inheritance.
    Article 24 of the Marriage Law stipulates that husband and wife have the right to inherit each other's inheritance.
    Parents and children have the right to inherit each other's property.
