Article 17 of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that the following property acquired by a husband and wife during their marriage relationship shall be jointly owned by the husband and wife:
1. Salary and bonus;
2. Income from production and operation;
3. Income from intellectual property;
4. Inherited or donated property;
5. Other properties that should be jointly owned by the New Marriage Law Real estate division, according to the interpretation of the Marriage Law
（2） The added value is partly based on the income of one party's personal property investment after marriage. This income is also regarded as the joint property of the husband and wife. Both husband and wife have equal rights to deal with the jointly owned property
