According to the provisions of the Civil Code, men and women equally enjoy the right of inheritance. Both sons and daughters, and daughters, whether married or unmarried, enjoy equal rights when inheriting their parents' inheritance.

The property legally owned by the deceased after his death may be inherited as estate. If the deceased has a will to appoint an heir, the inheritance shall be executed according to the will; The premise of intestate designated inheritance shall be that the first successor of the deceased, the deceased's spouse, the deceased's children, and the deceased's parents shall inherit all the legally owned property of the deceased equally according to the provisions of the Civil Code.

Therefore, if a will designates a daughter to inherit, or if there is no will premise, the daughter has the right of inheritance and inheritance share.
