The state and society shall provide necessary material assistance to the injured, disabled and deceased relatives who provide support before death after the laborer suffers accidental injuries due to work reasons and in the course of work, or occupational diseases caused by exposure to dust, radiation, toxic substances and other occupational hazards;
 4. Unemployment insurance: Unemployment insurance is a system that the state enforces through legislation and the society centrally establishes funds to provide material assistance to workers whose sources of livelihood are temporarily interrupted due to unemployment;
 5. Maternity insurance: Maternity insurance is a kind of material assistance provided by the state or society according to the laws and regulations, which is aimed at the physiological characteristics of childbearing behavior. When working women temporarily interrupt their work and lose their normal source of income due to the birth of children. Maternity insurance benefits include maternity allowance and maternity medical services.

 Article 2 of the Full Text of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China, the state establishes social insurance systems such as basic endowment insurance, basic medical insurance, work-related injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, etc., to protect citizens' rights to material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law in cases of old age, disease, work-related injury, unemployment, maternity, etc.
