The required funds are paid from the maternity insurance fund. Maternity insurance benefits include maternity medical expenses and maternity allowances. 2. For prenatal examination fees and production costs, the party concerned shall carry the marriage certificate, social security card (citizen card) and the family planning certificate issued by the street to the designated hospital of maternity insurance to directly swipe the card for settlement. 3. To apply for maternity allowance and one-time nutrition allowance, it is necessary to fill in the Declaration Form of Maternity Insurance Benefits and affix the official seal of the unit, provide marriage certificate, one-child certificate (for children), discharge summary and other materials, and go to the Maternity Department of the Municipal Medical Insurance Center to go through the declaration procedures on the working days between the 1st and 10th of each month.
