The design specifications of the parking garage are as follows:
 1. If the garage can accommodate more than 10 parking vehicles, a sprinkler system needs to be installed.
 2. The underground garage shall have independent air supply and exhaust, and the air change rate shall be more than 6 times per hour.
 3. The garage needs to use wide flat beams with clear dimensions and floor height within the range.
 4. The ventilation pipe of the garage shall be on the side of the passage.
 Legal basis
 Article 74 of the Property Law of the People's Republic of China, within the building area, the parking space and garage planned for parking cars shall first meet the needs of the owners. Within the building area, the ownership of the parking spaces and garages planned to be used for parking cars shall be agreed by the parties through sale, gift or lease. The parking space occupying the roads or other sites shared by the owners for parking cars shall be shared by the owners.
