Self written wills are valid even without legal judgment, but self written wills must be written and signed by the testator, with the year, month and day marked. If there is any dispute over the written statement, you can bring a lawsuit to the court, and the court will seal the judgment after issuing it.

    [Legal Basis]

In Article 1134 of the Civil Code, a testator shall write a self written will in his own hand, sign it and note the following year, month and day.
