The party who has signed the contract and now regrets, fails to perform its obligations or fails to perform its obligations in accordance with the agreement shall be liable for breach of contract by continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.

If one party expressly states or indicates by its own conduct that it will not perform its contractual obligations, the other party may request it to bear the liability for breach of contract before the expiration of the time limit for performance.

    [Legal Basis]

In Article 577 of the Civil Code, if a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations in accordance with the agreement, it shall be liable for breach of contract by continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.

In Article 578 of the Civil Code, if one party expressly expresses or indicates by its own behavior that it will not perform its contractual obligations, the other party may request it to bear the liability for breach of contract before the expiration of the performance period.
