Commercial loans can be transferred to provident fund loans, but the following conditions must be met:
1. The borrower works in the place where the provident fund loan is applied for, and the provident fund is in the normal payment state when applying for the loan;
2. The applicant or the joint applicant's unit has paid the housing provident fund for the borrower for at least months as required;
3. The applicant has a stable economic income and the ability to repay the loan.
Article 6 of the Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund, the deposit and loan interest rates of housing provident fund shall be proposed by the People's Bank of China and submitted to the State Council for approval after soliciting the opinions of the construction administrative department of the State Council.
