If the annual report of self-employed industrial and commercial households is missing, it only needs to be supplemented according to regulations. Enterprises that fail to submit and publicize annual reports within the prescribed time limit will be included in the list of abnormal business operations by the industry and commerce department, and individual businesses will be marked as abnormal by the industry and commerce department. If it is necessary to remove from the abnormal operation list or restore to normal status, the annual report shall be supplemented and publicized. After the supplementary report, an application for removal must be submitted to the local district industrial and commercial branch. According to Article 13 of the Regulation on Individual Businesses, individual businesses shall submit annual reports to the registration authority from January 1 to June 30 each year.
Individual businesses shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of their annual reports.
The measures for annual reports of individual businesses shall be formulated by the administrative department for industry and commerce under the State Council.
