Online business license handling process:
1. The applicant registers and lands on the government service platform;
2. Enter the business license processing section, fill in the corresponding information, and complete the online application;
3. The commercial registration authority accepts and examines the applicant's information, and will notify the applicant after passing the examination;
4. Take the original ID card and the legal representative's ID card to the Market Supervision Administration's evidence collection window to get the business license.
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China, the following documents shall be submitted when applying for the registration of individual businesses:
（1） Application for registration of individual businesses signed by the applicant;
（2） The identity certificate of the applicant;
（3） Certificate of business location;
（4） Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration.
Legal basis
Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Individual Businesses. When applying for the registration of individual businesses, the following documents shall be submitted: (1) an application for the registration of individual businesses signed by the applicant; （2） The identity certificate of the applicant; （3） Certificate of business location; （4） Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration.
