4. Three recent three inch bareheaded group photos of both parties.
5. If the marriage certificate is torn, but it can reflect the original appearance, there is no need to issue a document checking certificate.

The registration authority shall review the application of the party concerned for issuing the marriage relationship certificate, and issue the marriage relationship certificate for the party who lost or damaged the marriage certificate according to the marriage registration file of the party concerned. The marital relationship certificate has the same legal effect as the marriage certificate. The party who lost or damaged the divorce certificate can apply for the certificate of dissolution of marital relationship in the same way. The certificate of dissolution of marital relationship has the same legal effect as the divorce certificate.
