An only child may not inherit all the property of his or her parents, because if the only child's grandparents and grandparents are alive, they cannot inherit all the property of their parents
If both grandparents are not alive, only children can inherit all their parents' property.
The grandparents and grandparents of an only child have the same inheritance right as the only child, and can inherit the inheritance of the parents of the only child.

First order: spouse, children, parents.
