How much property can be divided depends on how the couple agreed in the divorce agreement or how the court decided. There is only one legal situation that requires multiple distribution of property, that is, the other party conceals, transfers, sells, or damages the joint property of the husband and wife.
 According to the provisions of Article 1091 of the Civil Code, "the innocent party has the right to claim damages for divorce under one of the following circumstances: (1) bigamy; (2) cohabitation with a spouse; (3) domestic violence;
 （4） Maltreating or abandoning family members. （5） There are other major faults.
 That is to say, in the face of domestic violence, the way we advocate our rights is to claim damages, not to ask for more property, which are two different natures in law.

 Article 1091 [Divorce Damages] of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China has the right to claim damages if one of the following circumstances leads to divorce:
