If you don't want to divorce, you can communicate well. If you don't want to divorce through litigation, you can divorce by agreement, negotiate with both parties and reach a divorce agreement of your own free will, and apply for divorce by agreement to the civil affairs organ in your jurisdiction.
According to Article 31 of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, divorce is allowed if both men and women wish to divorce. Both parties must apply for divorce at the marriage registration office.
