Indirect intent has accomplished a crime. Indirect intention means that the subjective aspect of the actor must be direct intention, the second actor must have already started to commit a crime, and the final act of the actor has all the elements of the basic constitution of a crime. Accomplishment of a crime can take the following forms:
    1. Offences of conduct. Also known as behavior crime, it means that the perpetrator has committed an accomplished crime as long as he has committed a certain act specified in the Criminal Law.
    2. Consequential offense. It means that the criminal act committed by the perpetrator must have a legal result before it constitutes a completed crime.
    3. Offences of behavior. It is also called immediate crime, which means that according to the law, the perpetrator will complete the act when he starts to commit a crime and completely meet the constitutive requirements, thus constituting a crime of completed crime.
    4. Dangerous criminal. It refers to the criminal act committed by the perpetrator, which is enough to cause a special dangerous state of harmful results and constitutes an accomplished crime. Therefore, in our country, the subjective aspect of criminal accomplishment is intentional, whether direct or indirect, as long as it meets several forms of criminal accomplishment, it belongs to criminal accomplishment.

    Legal basis: Criminal Law.
