In accordance with general principles, sue for divorce at the domicile of the defendant. The people's court will serve the indictment according to the address of the defendant provided by the plaintiff. If the defendant's whereabouts are unknown and it is proved that it can not be served by other means, the court will adopt the method of public notice service, combined with the evidence provided by the plaintiff, and may make a divorce judgment by default.
