First of all, no evidence can change the fact that a person has been cheated into divorce. However, if it is possible to find evidence to prove that there was fraud at the time of signing the divorce agreement, it can strive to re divide the joint property of the husband and wife. According to the relevant judicial interpretation, if the division of the joint property of the husband and wife is not voluntary, but is subject to coercion or fraud and other circumstances at the time of divorce, a lawsuit can be filed in the people's court within one year after the divorce to request the modification or cancellation of the original property division agreement.
