In Article 141 of the Civil Procedure Law, court debate shall be conducted in the following order:
(1) The plaintiff and its agent ad litem make speeches;
(2) Defense of the defendant and his agent ad litem;
(3) The third party and his agent ad litem speak or defend;
(4) Debate with each other.
At the end of the court debate, the presiding judge shall solicit the final opinions of the parties in the order of the plaintiff, the defendant and the third party.
