If a person fails to use the lights on the ramp at high speed as required, he/she shall be given a warning or fined not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan. The party concerned shall pay the fine at the designated bank within 15 days from the date of receiving the written decision on administrative penalty. If he/she fails to pay the fine at the expiration of the time limit, he/she shall be fined 3% of the amount of the fine every day. Legal basis: Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law, if a motor vehicle driver violates the road traffic safety laws and regulations on road passage, he shall be given a warning or fined between 20 yuan and 200 yuan. If this Law provides otherwise, punishment shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions.
