If it is necessary to conduct inspection and appraisal, a traffic accident identification letter shall be prepared within 5 days from the date when the inspection and appraisal results are determined. The compensation for personal injury has a very clear judicial interpretation. It's easy to calculate the cost of lost time. It's OK to multiply the delayed construction period by the salary. If the construction period is delayed, the doctor's sick leave certificate will be issued. If there is any objection, the third phase appraisal will be conducted. The length of the work delay period, nursing period and nutrition period will be determined by the forensic doctor. For wages, personal tax certificate, bank payroll record, labor contract, unit certificate, etc. are all acceptable. If the other party does not compensate for the loss, it can rely on legal means to make the other party compulsorily compensate for the Road Traffic Safety Law
 Article 73 The traffic control department of the public security organ shall, on the basis of the on-site inspection, examination and investigation of the traffic accident and the relevant conclusions of inspection and appraisal, promptly prepare a written confirmation of the traffic accident as evidence for handling the traffic accident. The written confirmation of traffic accident shall clearly state the basic facts of the traffic accident, the causes of the accident and the responsibilities of the parties concerned, and shall be served on the parties concerned

 Article 48 The written confirmation of road traffic accidents shall be signed or sealed by the police handling the case, affixed with the special seal of the traffic management department of the public security organ for handling road traffic accidents, and delivered to the parties respectively, and the parties shall be informed of their right and time limit to apply to the traffic management department of the public security organ for review and mediation and to directly file a civil lawsuit with the people's court.
 Article 51 If the party concerned disagrees with the determination of road traffic accidents, he may, within three days from the date of service of the determination of road traffic accidents, submit a written application for review to the traffic management department of the public security organ at the next higher level.
