The buyer can reject the goods delivered by the seller in advance. The seller shall bear the additional costs to the buyer due to the seller's early performance of the debt. If the seller's early performance does not harm the interests of the buyer, the buyer may not refuse the goods delivered by the seller in advance. According to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, the creditor may refuse the debtor's early performance, except that the early performance does not harm the interests of the creditor.
    Legal basis
Article 530 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China
The creditor may refuse the debtor's early performance, except where the early performance does not harm the interests of the creditor. Any additional expenses incurred by the obligee due to the obligor's early performance shall be borne by the obligor.
