    The term of protection of the right of publication of a work created by a citizen under Article 21 of the Copyright Law and the rights provided for in Items (5) to (17) of the first paragraph of Article 10 of this Law shall be the life of the author and fifty years after his death, expiring on December 31 of the fiftieth year after his death; In case of a joint work, it shall expire on December 31 of the fiftieth year after the death of the last author.
    The term of protection of the right of publication and the rights provided for in subparagraphs (5) to (17) of the first paragraph of Article 10 of this Law in respect of a work created by a legal person or other organization, or a work in the course of employment in which the copyright (except the right of authorship) is enjoyed by a legal person or other organization, shall be fifty years, expiring on December 31 of the fiftieth year after the first publication of the work, provided that the work has not been published within fifty years after the completion of its creation, This law no longer protects.
    The term of protection of the right of publication of cinematographic works, works created by means similar to cinematography, and photographic works, as well as the rights provided for in subparagraphs (5) to (17) of the first paragraph of Article 10 of this Law, shall be fifty years, expiring on December 31 of the fiftieth year after the first publication of the work. However, if a work has not been published within fifty years after the completion of its creation, this Law shall no longer protect it.
