The solutions to the company's debt disputes include: consultation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
 Negotiation and reconciliation means that the parties to the creditor's rights and debtor, on the basis of voluntariness and mutual understanding, directly negotiate or invite a third person to mediate to resolve disputes. If consultation fails, a written mediation application can be submitted to the local people's mediation committee. If mediation is not possible, apply for arbitration or litigation.
 Prosecution process:
 1、 When a party brings a lawsuit, he/she shall first submit the indictment, and submit copies of the indictment according to the number of the opposite party. The body of the indictment shall clearly state the claim, the facts and reasons for the prosecution, and the tail shall be signed or sealed with the official seal.
 2、 According to the principle of "who claims, who gives evidence", the plaintiff shall submit the following materials to the court:
 1. Material of plaintiff's subject qualification.
 2. Evidence proving the plaintiff's claims.
 3、 When submitting documentary evidence to the court, the party concerned shall fill in a list of evidence in duplicate, detailing the name and number of pages of the evidence submitted.

 According to Article 120 of the Civil Procedure Law, in a lawsuit, a bill of complaint shall be submitted to the people's court, and copies shall be provided according to the number of defendants. If it is really difficult to write a statement of complaint, it may be filed orally, and the people's court shall record it in writing and inform the other party.
