（1） After the treatment of the injured ends, the party concerned or his agent shall apply to the traffic police brigade for disability identification, and the brigade shall issue the Notice of Appointment for Disability Identification to the injured after making a preliminary review
 （2） The injured shall go to the designated place for examination and assessment at the specified time and requirements with the Notice of Appointment for Disability Identification;
 （3） The appraiser shall make a conclusion of disability appraisal within 30 days according to the inspection results and hospital materials.
 Article 49 of the Provisions on the Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Accidents requires inspection and appraisal, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, entrust a qualified appraisal institution to conduct inspection and appraisal within three days from the end of the on-site investigation of the accident.
 The autopsy shall be entrusted within three days from the date of death. The inspection and identification of the hit and run vehicles shall be entrusted within three days from the date of finding the suspected hit and run vehicles.
 If it is necessary to conduct inspection and appraisal three days after the completion of the on-site investigation, it shall be reported to the traffic control department of the public security organ at the next higher level for approval.
 The appraisal of mental diseases shall be conducted by an appraisal institution with the qualification for appraisal of mental diseases.
