Trademark registration process:
 1. Way of application: You can go to the registration hall of the Trademark Office in person or entrust a trademark agency.
 2. Application fee: 300 yuan of official fee shall be paid to the Trademark Office, and 600 -- 800 yuan of agency fee shall be paid to the agency if the agency is entrusted to handle the application.

About three months after the application is submitted, the Trademark Office will issue you an application acceptance notice (this period is called the formal examination stage). 3. If it passes the substantive examination, it will enter the announcement procedure (this period is three months, also called the objection period); 5. No objection is raised at the expiration of the public announcement period. You can get the registration certificate.
 Legal basis
 Article 22 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the applicant for trademark registration shall fill in the category of goods and the name of the goods for which the trademark is used in accordance with the prescribed table of classification of goods and file an application for registration.
 An applicant for trademark registration may apply for the registration of the same trademark for goods of multiple categories through one application.
 The application for trademark registration and other relevant documents may be submitted in writing or by data message.
