According to the laws and regulations of our country, under any of the following circumstances, the custody relationship can be changed:
 (1) The party who lives with the child is unable to continue to raise the child due to serious illness or disability. If the party with custody is disabled due to injury or the economic income drops suddenly, and cannot guarantee the basic expenses of the children, the other party can request to change the custody;
 (2) The party living together with the children does not fulfill the obligation of upbringing or maltreats the children, or the living together with the children has adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the children. If the party with custody refuses to pay basic expenses for the education and living of the child or beats the child, the other party may also request to change the custody;
 (3) A minor child over the age of 10 who is willing to live with the other party and who has the ability to support him or her. If the child has reached the age of 10, and the other party is also able to support the child, the change of the support relationship should fully consider the views of the child, so as to ensure the physical and mental health and healthy growth of the child;
 (4) There are other justifiable reasons for change. If the party with custody is difficult to make the children receive good and continuous education due to the change of work, the other party can request to change the custody relationship. If any of the above conditions is met and the maintenance relationship is required to be changed, the court will generally support it.
