 （1） Writing threatening letters or threatening the personal safety of others by other means;
 （2） Openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others;
 （3） Fabricating facts to falsely accuse and frame another person in an attempt to subject another person to criminal investigation or public security administration punishment;
 Therefore, if you are harassed by your ex husband after divorce, you can choose to call the police if persuasion or warning is ineffective. Evidence of harassment by the man should be collected before the alarm, such as call records, short messages, telephone recordings, etc. In addition, if the man has door-to-door harassment, it is recommended to install monitoring at home.
