 3. Those who have college degree in the major in short supply in full-time colleges and universities; (under 35 years old)

 5. Except those with master's degree or above, they can enjoy the policy of settling down first and then obtaining employment. All other personnel in Hangzhou should have employment units;
 6. Conditions for bringing in talents' families and children:
 (1) Doctoral students or those with senior professional and technical titles can move with their immediate family members;
 (2) Deputy senior professional and technical title qualification can be accompanied by spouse and minor children;
 (3) Those who have bachelor's degree or above in full-time colleges and universities can move with their spouses and minor children. If the person concerned comes to Hangzhou without children, he or she can also apply for an unmarried adult child to come to Hangzhou at the same time;
 Persons who meet the above conditions for accompanying family members of introduced talents, such as accompanying family members, shall have independent legal fixed residence in Hangzhou.
 Legal basis
 Article 3 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Household Registration is in the charge of public security organs at all levels.
 For cities and towns with police stations, the area under the jurisdiction of the police station shall be the residence jurisdiction area; Townships and towns without police stations shall be under the jurisdiction of their registered permanent residence. Township and town people's committees and local police stations are the household registration organs.
 Each unit shall designate a special person to assist the household registration authority to handle the household registration for those who live in the units such as organs, groups, schools, enterprises, institutions and public dormitories; The household registration organ shall directly handle the household registration of scattered residents.
 For the household registration of non active servicemen who live in military organs and military dormitories, each unit shall designate a special person to assist the household registration organ in handling the household registration.
 For the household registration of agricultural, fishery, salt, forestry, animal husbandry, handicraft and other production cooperatives, the cooperatives shall designate special personnel to assist the household registration authority in handling the household registration. Household registration other than cooperatives shall be directly handled by the household registration authority.
