 Different traffic accident cases have different production time of traffic accident liability determination. The specific analysis is as follows:
 1. The traffic management department of the public security organ shall, within ten working days from the date of the on-site investigation, prepare a road traffic accident identification certificate.
 2. In the case of hit and run, a road traffic accident identification certificate shall be prepared within ten working days after the vehicle and driver involved in the accident are found.
 3. If it is necessary to conduct inspection and appraisal, a road traffic accident identification certificate shall be prepared within five working days from the date when the conclusion of inspection and appraisal is determined.
 4. If the escape traffic accident has not been solved and the injured party requests to issue a road traffic accident identification letter, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall prepare a road traffic accident identification letter within ten working days after receiving the written application of the party concerned and deliver it to the injured party.
