Prosecution process:
1. The plaintiff submits the complaint, copy and relevant evidence to the people's court;
2. The people's court accepts the documents and materials submitted by the plaintiff, reviews them, and places the case on file if they meet the conditions;
3. The court served a copy of the plaintiff's indictment on the defendant;
4. The defendant makes a written defense;
5. Hearing;
6. The court made a judgment.

In Article 122 of the Civil Procedure Law, a lawsuit must meet the following conditions:
(1) The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person or other organization that has a direct interest in the case;
(2) There are definite defendants;
(3) There are specific claims, facts and reasons;
(4) It falls within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and under the jurisdiction of the people's court to which the lawsuit is filed.
