The following evidence of extramarital affairs can be adopted:
 1. Documentary evidence, including mobile phone short messages involving sexual relations between spouses and third parties; A letter that can prove that the spouse has extramarital affairs.
 2. Physical evidence, including private objects presented to the spouse by a third party, such as mobile phones, clothes, etc; The key of the third party's residence kept by the spouse.
 3. Audiovisual materials, including videos of spouses and third parties going out and in pairs.
 4. Testimony of witnesses.
 According to Article 63 of the Civil Procedure Law, evidence includes:
 （1） Statement of the parties;
 （2） Documentary evidence;
 （3） Physical evidence;
 （4） Audio-visual materials;
 （5） Electronic data;
 （6） Witness testimony;
 （7） Appraisal opinions;
 （8） Record of inspection. Evidence must be verified before it can be used as the basis for ascertaining facts.
