Can act as a witness to the will:
1、 Having full civil capacity;
2、 He has no interest in his successor or testator.
According to Article 18 of the Inheritance Law, the following persons cannot be witnesses of the will:
（1） Persons without or with limited capacity;
（2） Successors and legatees;
（3） A person who has an interest in a successor or legatee.
