 Successor: female, born on MM/DD/YYYY, daughter of the decedent, student of the university, now residing
 Inheritor (decedent): male, born on MM/DD/YYYY, died unexpectedly on MM/DD/YYYY.
 We, the mother, wife and daughter of, are their legal heirs. Based on the principle of simplicity, convenience, economic harmony and consensus of all family members, we have reached the following agreement on our heritage:
 1. Daughter waives stock inheritance right. The wife gave up the right to inherit shares, and at the same time gave all the shares of her husband and wife's common property to her mother. That is, the mother inherits all the shares and entrusts (the younger brother of the inheritor) to operate the transaction and hand it over to the mother.
 2. The mother gives up all her inheritance (real estate, company, passbook, etc.) except for shares, and the wife and daughter inherit them.
 3. All previous agreements and terms relating to the division of the estate are invalid.
 This Agreement shall come into force as of the date of signature by all parties.
 This agreement is made in four originals, one for each party.
