Registration fees cannot be reimbursed. The scope of diagnosis and treatment items for which the basic insurance does not pay;
（1） Service items
1. Registration fee, out of hospital consultation fee, medical record cost, etc;
2. Special medical services such as visiting fees, expedited examination and treatment fees (excluding emergency), surcharges for roll call operations, premium fees, and fees for self employed special nurses.
（2） Non disease treatment items
1. Various beauty (life beauty, medical beauty) bodybuilding projects, as well as non functional plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, etc;
2. Various weight loss, weight gain and height increase projects;
3. Various physical examinations;
4. Various preventive and health care diagnosis and treatment projects.
As can be seen from the above, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.
Legal basis
Article 30 of the Full Text of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China:
（1） Should be paid from the industrial injury insurance fund;
（2） Should be borne by a third party;
（3） Should be borne by public health;
（4） Get medical treatment abroad.
The medical expenses shall be borne by a third person according to law. If the third person does not pay or cannot determine the third person, the basic medical insurance fund shall pay in advance. After the basic medical insurance fund has been paid in advance, it has the right to claim compensation from a third party.
