After the cancellation of industry and commerce, the business license will be recovered and the status of the market subject will be eliminated. According to the law, the business license is the certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration authority to the industrial and commercial enterprises and self-employed operators to engage in certain production and business activities.
 Legal basis
 Article 46 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Registration of Market Entities, when applying for cancellation of registration, the following materials shall be submitted: (1) an application; （2） A resolution or decision on dissolution or cancellation made according to law, or a document issued by an administrative organ revoking its business license, ordering it to close down or cancel; （3） Liquidation report, documents responsible for clearing up claims and debts, or proof of the completion of clearing up debts; （4） Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax department. In addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the people's court appoints a liquidator or bankruptcy administrator to carry out liquidation, the certificate of appointment by the people's court shall be submitted; When applying for cancellation of registration, a branch of a partnership enterprise shall also submit a written decision on cancellation of the branch signed by all partners. If an individual business applies for cancellation of registration, it is not necessary to submit the materials in Item 2 and Item 3; If an application for cancellation of registration of a market subject is made due to merger or division, the third item of materials need not be submitted.
