Or in other circumstances where marriage is prohibited by law, marriage may be registered. However, in order to ensure the life, health and safety of both parties, it can be handled after the end of the epidemic.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Marriage Law stipulates that marriage is prohibited under any of the following circumstances:
